Newlyweds Nancy and Evan were married in nearby Ybor City in March of 2022.They have been sharing a home in Largo, Florida for 6 years with their two beautiful dogs Spock and Princess Jasmine. Nancy and Evan are Disney nerds, cruisers and Airbnb travelers who love exploring new cities and countries.
     Nancy was born in North Dakota, raised in New Jersey, and studied in Pennsylvania, Moscow, Kyiv and Cairo. She also had the pleasure of teaching English in Kuwait and Cairo before her son was born. She moved to Florida when her son was six but is now enjoying life as an empty nester. Nancy has fun talking with her renters from all over the world and making sure they have the time of their lives when visiting Florida.
     Evan is one of those rare native-born Floridians. He was born and raised in Brandon, Florida about 45 minutes east of Treasure Island. He is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force who spent time in Iraq both in the service and as a contractor. Evan loves working with his hands, especially on projects involving electronics. As a low voltage electrician, you’ll see some of his work in the condo. He is also the handyman who
makes sure that everything is working properly for you.
