Frequently Asked Questions
Sunset Beach
Anytime after 4 pm

We offer keyless entry for check-in. Instructions will be emailed to you before arrival.
We ask that the following is done before leaving:
- Please deposit all trash in the outside dumpster
- Return the parking pass to the condo
- No need to strip the bed, just leave sheets on the bed
- Please start the dishwasher before leaving
- Let us know if any damage occurred during your stay
- Please empty the fridge of all food you’ve purchased
- Please pick up after yourself, but don’t worry about deep cleaning!
- Place balcony chairs and table behind the front door
- Check the apartment to make sure you didn’t forget anything!
- Please notify the host when you check out
Towels, chairs, and sand toys are provided. Please rinse sand off everything after leaving the beach. If you break or lose anything please let me know immediately so I can replace them for the next guest.
- No pets allowed. (We’d love to accommodate your pets, but the complex does not allow them and I will be fined if there are pets on property).
Each guest has one parking space. Please use the parking pass provided and put it in the windshield of your car. Be sure to return the parking tag before leaving as there is a $100 fee to replace it.
The laundry room is located at the north end of the building. Please find the key in the large kitchen drawer. Cost is $1.50 for each the washer and dryer

We ask that the following is done before leaving:
- Leave beds unmade
- Please clean up dirty dishes and put them away
- Make sure you turn off the stove, heater, and lights
- Replace any furniture that was rearranged
- Take out the trash
- Leave used towels in the tub
- Make sure you lock the doors
In the hall closet you will fine two beach chairs, four beach towels, kids beach toys and a beach cart. Please rinse sand off everything after leaving the beach. If you break or lose anything please let me know immediately so I can replace them for the next guest.

The beach access is two blocks from your front door. Walk down the steps and turn right onto 117th Avenue. Access is across the crosswalk on Gulf Blvd.
The laundry room is located on the first floor close to the pool.
